Make sure to avoid salt and sugar- Salt bloats you and sugar only ages you and makes you fat! At all costs avoid regular table salt and use sea salt. Never use white refined sugar. Use natural sweeteners like agave nectar, raw honey, raw sugar, and mollasses. Even when using these, make sure that you eat these sugars sparingly.
