But you are 15 pounds overweight. Aside from the fact that you will not fit in the bikini, your bulges look terrible! What will you do? Will those Awesome Diet Plans work?

The rule of thumb is that you should lose a maximum of 2 pounds a week to remain healthy. Otherwise you are likely to grow weak and experience negative complications due to losing weight too fast. Simple arithmetic will tell you that losing 2 pounds a week over an 8 week period will net you 16 pounds. That is one pound more than what you have to lose. Alleluia! In doing so, you get to eat healthy foods with the right fats and carbohydrates, hence preventing increase in weight and aids in keeping your heart in a healthy state. There is the no-meat, vegetarian diet, which many people claim is effective. This regimen lowers cholesterol levels and increases one’s fiber intake for better health. A raw food diet plan is another alternative. Aside from saving on energy (because your meals need not be cooked), you consume food rich in alkaline, fiber, nutrients and water. So, you actually have several awesome diet plans to choose from. Your choice will depend on your personal taste and lifestyle, budget and the availability of the grub.
But regardless of the awesome diet plan you choose, without the necessary discipline you will not be able to attain your objective of losing weight and getting into shape. It is not easy to stick to eating just vegetables, more so eating raw fruits and vegetables, when consuming a Burger King Whopper with cheese is more delectable. Sorting out the “good” fats from the “bad” fats is time consuming and difficult especially when you are experiencing hunger pains. You are more likely to grab the nearest pork barbeque in sight. The point is that without discipline, your diet plan will remain a plan with no results.

Awesome diet plans alone “will not a shapely body make”. You still need to exercise. And that would require even more discipline. If you are turned off by all these, probably you are better off buying another yellow polka dotted bikini, but not tinny-weenie.
